Cofnodion Dyddlyfr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau

Mi fasa yn arbed amser i chi ag i mi os tasech chi yn gallu dweud wrtha’i trwy'r dyddlyfr yma os ydw i yn gymwys i unrhyw fudd-dal o gwbl gan y wladwriaeth les.

Dwi wedi datgan fy mod gyda £ðŸ˜› mewn cynilion ar ôl gwerthu fy nhÅ· yng Nghaerdydd. Hwn oedd y broblem y tro diweddaf mi wnes i wneud cais. Gwrthodwyd eich ymholiadau personol mewn i'm materion eiddo a chynilion.

Dwi yn hysbys i chi fel dyn 56 oed a gafodd ddiagnosis o anhwylder dau begwn yn 2006 ag mi roeddwn yn derbyn budd-daliadau llawn tan 2013 oherwydd hyn.

Mi ges i drafodaeth gref gyda rhywun dros y ffon yn gweithio i DWP yn datgan "Os nad oeddwn yn fodlon cael tystysgrif salwch gan y meddyg, na faswn ni yn gymwys i unrhyw fudd-dal"

Dwi wedi cofrestru gyda Meddyg yn Aberystwyth ond dwi ddim am wastraffu ei amser o/hi yn gofyn am dystysgrifau salwch pan mae o yn ddigon hysbys i chi fy mod i wedi dioddef salwch meddwl hir oes sydd yn effeithio ar ba fath o waith a gymaint o waith dwi fodlon gwneud.

Cyn i mi ddod i gyfarfod i gael gwybod fy mod i ddim yn deilwng o unrhyw budddal o gwbl a bod rhaid i mi fyw ar gynilion tan i rheina cyrraedd eich trothwy, mi faswn yn ddiolchgar tasech chi yn gallu esbonio i mi sut mae eich cyfundrefn bresennol ddim yn torri hawliau dynol unigolion y Deyrnas Unedig.

Dwi wedi ffeindio allan neithiwr trwy'r Government Gateway fy mod wedi talu 31 o flynyddoedd o Yswiriant Gwladol mewn i'r system.

Os dwi yn mynd i gael fy nhrin yr un ffordd a ges i o blaen pan wnes i gais am Gredyd Cynhwysol rhwng Ionawr 2019 a Rhagfyr 2020 ble roedd bobol yn ffonio chi fyny ac yn amau chi o hawlio yn anghyfreithlon dwi ddim am symud ymlaen gyda'r cais.

Dwi wedi bod yn byw ar gynilion rhwng Mai 2021 a rŵan! 21 mis heb un rhyw gymorth gennych chi ag eich llywodraeth.

Mae sawl un yn marw neu yn cymryd bywydau ei hunan oherwydd y driniaeth maent yn cael gan yr adran gwaith a phensiynau.

Yr unig beth dwi eisiau gwybod ganddo’ch chi cyn i mi fynychu cyfarfod a mynd trwy'r rigmarol yma eto.

A ydw i (o'r wybodaeth sydd gyda chi gerbron) yn gymwys i unrhyw budddal o gwbl os gwelwch yn dda?

Dwi wedi datgan fy mod i ddim am gyflwyno tystysgrifau salwch gerbron na hefyd fyddai yn arwyddo un rhyw ddarn o bapur all peri i fy nghyflwr salwch gwaethygu.

Yr eiddoch yn gywir

We need your bed Fred

We need your bed Fred

They bumped off Fred, because they needed his bed.

They tested him for MRSA when he went in to Hospital

but not when he was sent home.

So when he was taken back by ambulance

He didn’t really stand a chance.

His neighbour was met by a Specialist

in what field nobody quite knew

but they were greeted with concerned face

and an abrupt race to take him down to the end room.

You know, the one where everyone dies.

The one they bring the syringe driver into.

It’s nicer than the rest, that is when a confused gent

the staff with their patience all spent

isn’t walking in and out and shouting “Hallelujah!”

Fred had closed his eyes and had no intention of opening them again.

He didn’t want to see the shitshow that passed for life,

He was quite glad he’d never had a wife.

So this was it then?

Next stop the Crem

And then what after that?

He’d stopped going to the Buddhists

because they kept saying he’d be coming back again.

The local vicar, who was a bit thicker

had promised an afterlife in return for a larger offering.

Fred had often dreamt of running off with the collection plate

and playing a game ‘The Frisbee of Hate’

He’d done what he could and he’d run the race

but now because of his age he had to turn face

towards the graveyard.

The inevitable finish line had arrived sooner than he’d planned.

They bumped off Fred because they needed his bed.
