Fruity old fruit bats

Hello my fruity old fruit bats! That is a term of endearment by the way. I thought I would treat you to a piece of prose rather than the bad poetry that you are used to. Some bad prose for you.

Well bollocks to Confucious and his interesting times. These are insane times and globally we have been living in them since October 7th if you believe the Israeli lobby and British patriots. Why do British patriots love Israel so much? Do they realise how many British were killed in the early days of the re-incarnation of IsraelThis is the born-again Israel post 1948. And what lunatic bastards they have turned out to be. Putting figures on deaths is a bizarre occupation but the self defence of 1,250 party ravers and kibbutzniks on the border has led to the murder and now genocide of 30,000 + Palestinians, mostly women and children. The Israelis obviously followed the shouts on the Titanic as the passengers were led to the lifeboats. "Women and children first" and what a Titanic the Israeli state will become. When they decide to cease the occupation of the whole of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank which will be never, the lunatic asylum of the state of Israel will be a listing ship.

To quote the marvellous James Baldwin "The most dangerous creation of society is the man who has nothing to lose." Israel in their messianic mission to rid the Gaza Strip of Hamas have politicised a global community in empathy with the Palestinian cause despite the events of October 7th when Netanyahu was asleep on the watch according to the former Labour candidate for Rochdale. If you have treated a people, as an occupying force since 1948 like shit, don't be surprised if that shit is flung back at you and don't hide behind the Holocaust and anti-semitism as your go to cards. Everybody can see what has been going on despite your snake like excuses. This genocide has been beamed into the global populations TV sets and computers and even though you use the BBC as your mouthpiece even they are now finding it hard to live with themselves.

You followed Mohammed Ali's quote of "I am a fighter. I believe in the eye for an eye business. I'm no cheek turner. I got no respect for a man who wont hit back. You kill my dog, you better hide your cat" when you should have been following Mahatma Ghandi's quote of "An eye for an eye will only make the whole world blind".

Israel is hoping that the whole world is now blind and that we will all partake of collective amnesia.

As if living in the shitty old collectively compromised West wasn't difficult enough we now have to grapple with our conscience on the daily while the "No Ceasefire Now" brigade are imploding in front of our eyes. Lindsay Hoyle is going to turn to a pillar of salt soon like Lot's wife for turning a blind eye to the SNP and Diane Abbott yesterday.

One truth teller on Palestine and one lamp lighter of the Middle East has re-entered the House of Commons to watch the House of Cards fall. The MP for Rochdale, George Galloway who called Sunak and Starmer, two cheeks of the same backside.

We the batterred and bruised post Brexit and post Covid lockdown have now become polarised politically. I have often yearned for another Civil War in the UK to depose the Monarchy but I think it is a Culture War between Left & Right which will occur. It is happening on social media at the moment. Social media is not a barmometer of anything however, it is just a global manifestation of Tourette's Syndrome badly managed by Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg.

It is obvious that Facism and far right populism does appeal to some people to give them a sense of collective discipline and the opportunity to wear the same colour shirts. The ones who don't like being called far right and insist on being referred to as sensible conservatives are the one who are pounding the keyboards with their Anti-Trans, Anti-Vax, Pro-Brexit, Pro Israel poison.

We all know that we have passed a tipping point and we're out there going through the motions of shopping on a budget, working zero hours contracts, yearning for a summer holiday and hoping for some gratuitous sex to drop into our laps but if this is really the meaning of life then we might as well put up the 'Closed' sign on civilisation. It appears that the lunatic state of Israel has done that already.

Scrapyard on the Moon

 🌑

SCRAPYARD ON THE MOON

Houston, we have a scrapyard on the moon.

After 55 years we have a rocket with a broken leg listing on its side.

Unbeknown to NASA the spirit of Steptoe and Son had hitched a ride.

There’s now a functioning rag and bone operation where everything is broken down.

Wilfred Bramble and Harry H. Corbett will make you frown.

They are pioneers of the horse and cart.

The rubbish from earth will make a lunar start.

We’ve got to put it somewhere.

We’re producing loads of it.

Behind the nag with a shovel and space suit waiting for it to shit 🐴💩

Good for the gravity defying roses but remember to hold your noses.🌹👃

There will be space cats wearing flat caps 😺

Owls strapped in with bats.🦉🦇

Arriving from a dirty and over populated earth

The answer is to ship it to the moon, what mirth! Ooh no, titter ye not.

This is NASA’s ARK even though the lasers are not working.

A full moon will now mean that rubbish is there

Old tyres, rusting hulks and picnic chairs.

It’s where the man on the moon will sit with traffic cone and placard

SORRY WE’RE FULL OF THE EARTH’S SHITE

If you like the cut of my giblets then you can read more 'poetry' by me here
