Fear & Loathing within the Police Force.

As someone who has been assaulted by the Police, (the Dutch Police in 2005), I offer up a shark stew of a post here as usual, not backed by statistics and logic but more by shamanic intuition. I have been arrested twice for protests in my younger days and I have been arrested and imprisoned for my mental health. I have observed the Police and it is my belief that they run on adrenaline and fear. I believe that a large number of police are frightened and scared for their own lives. They only show this when provoked. They snap. There are so many crazies out there now, roaming the streets, myself among them, that it is understandable why the Police overreact. It's kill or be killed. We see this in America on a daily basis and its effects are exacerbated by gun culture and the fact the the different police forces are a hotch potch of sheriffs and deputies who look most unlike Police most of the time but I mustn't stereotype. Our Western culture like bacteria on a petri dish has created inequalities of wealth and status on an unbelievable scale and those with the power want to keep that power. It is white men supported by white women who want to keep that power and it appears that it is only Beyonce and Idris Elba amongst the celebs who wish to challenge this. I had to get the celebs in because again our petri dish full of bacteria is obsessed with the shallowness and banality of this kind of existence. Anything deeper would require us to challenge our own mortality and we can't have that dear boy! The Cops are scared and the people know it. If we respected Dixon of Dock Green in the sixties and seventies for giving us a cuff on the ear and sending us on our way we certainly do not respect the Metropolitan Police Force and their dominions for kettling us and killing us in their cells.

N.B: The question has to be asked "Why are there so many crazies roaming the streets? What makes us crazy?"
